The documentary fee is not a government fee and is not required by law. Vehicle inventory and availability may vary, and vehicles may be sold before posting. Photos may not represent the exact vehicle available for sale and may include stock images. Demo vehicles may have accumulated mileage and may be sold as New vehicles. Actual mileage may vary from the mileage shown at the time of listing due to test drives or dealer use. Courtesy Transportation Vehicles (CTP CTA/Loaners) are provided while customer vehicles are serviced. A CTP vehicle may qualify for New Vehicle incentives when sold as a retail sale or lease, but Michigan regulations require it to be sold as a USED vehicle. All documentation must reflect this. Once titled to the dealership, it cannot be sold as a New or a Demo vehicle. The warranty period starts when a vehicle enters CTP service. The CTP vehicle may be eligible for New Vehicle incentives offered when sold as a retail sale or lease. Michigan regulations stipulate that it must be sold as USED. All documentation of the transaction must reflect that it is a used vehicle. It cannot be sold as a new vehicle or demo once it has been titled to the dealership.
