Courtesy Transportation Vehicles (CTP CTA/Loaners) are provided while customer vehicles are serviced. A CTP vehicle may qualify for New Vehicle incentives when sold as a retail sale or lease, but Michigan regulations require it to be sold as a USED vehicle. All documentation must reflect this. Once titled to the dealership, it cannot be sold as a New or a Demo vehicle. The warranty period starts when a vehicle enters CTP service.
